Fast-track three-week delivery adds 20% to standard fees.

Payment Terms

40% deposit, 30% at concept approval, 30% at delivery.

Invoices payable fourteen days net.

Not Included

Construction, furniture purchase, signage fabrication, and equipment supply excluded from design fees.

We introduce suppliers without commission affecting specification independence.

Proposal Validity

Sixty days from issue date.

VAT applies per German regulations.
